What exactly does "0% transaction fees" mean?
Shoprocket takes zero cut of your revenue. You pay a flat monthly subscription only. Your payment gateway (e.g. Stripe) charges their own processing fee, which goes directly to them, not us. On $10,000/month in sales that's $290+ you keep compared to platforms charging 2.9% transaction fees.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, instantly. Upgrade and you're charged the prorated difference immediately, with access to new features starting right away. Downgrade and the change takes effect at your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan until then. No approval process, no waiting.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After 14 days you'll be asked to choose a plan and add a payment method. Your store, products, orders, and settings are fully preserved. If you don't subscribe, your store is paused (not deleted), so you can resume any time without losing data.
Do you offer refunds?
30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. Not satisfied within the first 30 days? Contact support for a full refund, no questions asked. After that, no refunds for partial periods, but you can cancel any time and won't be charged again.
Is annual billing really 2 months free?
