Your gateway. Your merchant account. Your money.
Shoprocket connects your own payment processor accounts. Funds land where you expect them, no platform escrow, no regional lock-in, and 0% platform fees on every sale. Eight gateway integrations cover most markets on the planet.
Most platforms want to be the merchant. We do not.
When a platform acts as merchant of record, they sit between you and your money. Payouts depend on their schedule, their policies, their reserve terms. We prefer the other model: you connect your own Stripe or PayPal, your funds land in your bank account on your processor's timeline, and nobody is a middleman.
Eight gateways for different markets.
Pick whichever your market, region, or customers prefer. Multiple can be active at once, buyers pick at checkout.
Stripe.
Global coverage, the industry default. Supports saved cards, recurring subscriptions, partial captures, partial refunds. If you sell internationally and want one gateway that works almost anywhere, this is usually it.
PayPal.
Trusted buyer brand, especially strong with older demographics and international markets where card coverage is patchy. PayPal buyer protection reduces chargeback risk on physical goods.
Authorize.Net.
Long-established US-focused gateway with saved cards and strong merchant tools. Good choice for US sellers with an existing Authorize.Net merchant relationship.
Crypto (NOWPayments).
Accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and hundreds more coins through NOWPayments. Settle in crypto or auto-convert to fiat, and skip card chargebacks entirely. Useful for digital goods and global, unbanked buyers.
Tranzila + Verifone Israel.
Israel-specific processors with local banking integration. Payments in NIS, local compliance, familiar to Israeli buyers.
Manual.
Bank transfer, cash on delivery, invoice, or anything else. Sellers define the payment instructions, buyers see them at checkout, orders wait in pending until marked paid.
Test mode (built in).
Flip your store to test mode and Shoprocket swaps in a simulated gateway. No real sandbox credentials needed, no risk of a test order hitting a live Stripe account. Toggle back to live when you are ready.
Connect once. Shoprocket handles the rest.
The dashboard has a Payment Settings panel. Pick a gateway, authenticate with your existing account, save. From that moment, checkout offers that method to buyers.
Connect via your own account.
Stripe Connect for Stripe, OAuth for PayPal, API keys for others. You link the account you already have. Shoprocket stores the credential securely and uses it to create charges on your behalf.
Multiple gateways at once.
A store can have Stripe AND PayPal AND crypto active simultaneously. Buyers see all available methods at checkout and pick. No code, no rule engine, just toggles in settings.
Real webhooks, real status.
Every gateway sends webhooks for payment success, failure, chargebacks, refunds. Our webhook handler updates the order status in real time. No polling, no "I think the payment went through" uncertainty.
Saved cards where supported.
Stripe and Authorize.Net let returning customers pay with a stored card via the tokenised saved-cards flow. PCI handled by the gateway, not by Shoprocket.
Refunds from the dashboard.
Full or partial refunds from the order page. The action calls the gateway, updates the payment status, and sends the customer a notification. Chargeback events update the order automatically too.
Your merchant, your payouts.
Funds settle to YOUR bank account on YOUR gateway payout schedule. Shoprocket never holds your money, never delays payout, never reserves funds.
Funds land in your bank, on your processor's schedule.
This is the whole point. Because it's your own Stripe, PayPal, or other account underneath, payouts follow your processor's normal timeline straight to your bank. Shoprocket never holds your money, never sets a reserve, and never delays a payout. We take 0% of the sale; the only fee is your processor's standard rate for moving money.
- ✓Payouts settle to your own bank account
- ✓Your processor's schedule, not ours
- ✓0% held by Shoprocket, no reserves, no middleman
One flow. Any gateway. PCI-compliant by design.
The final payment step uses a hosted redirect to your processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) so card data never touches Shoprocket servers. Same flow any modern ecommerce platform uses, same reason: PCI scope.
Cart and shipping on your site. Payment on the processor.
Cart, address, and shipping selection all run inside the Shoprocket embed on your site. For the final payment step, the buyer redirects to a hosted checkout on your connected processor, enters their card, and returns to your site for the confirmation. This keeps you out of PCI scope (huge compliance win) and means every modern fraud protection your gateway offers (3DS, radar, liability shift) applies by default.
- ✓Cart + address + shipping: on your site (fast, inline)
- ✓Payment step: hosted by the processor (PCI-compliant, fraud-protected)
- ✓Confirmation: back on your site (no checkout domain change visible)
