Do I need to upgrade to Webflow Ecommerce?+
No. Shoprocket works on any Webflow plan that supports custom code embeds (CMS plan and up). You can keep paying for Webflow's design + CMS features and run commerce on us, no Ecommerce plan required.
Where does the store actually live?+
Your products, orders, and customers all run on Shoprocket's infrastructure. The widget embeds into your Webflow page and renders the catalogue, cart, and address/shipping flow there. The final payment step redirects to your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal) for PCI compliance, then returns the customer to your Webflow domain for the order confirmation.
Will it work with my Webflow interactions and animations?+
Yes. Our widget is a self-contained embed, it doesn't fight with Webflow's interactions or animations. Put it in an Embed element and the rest of the page keeps its Webflow-native behaviour.
What about Webflow CMS Collections?+
Your CMS content keeps working. If you want products to appear alongside Webflow-native content, the widget fits wherever you place the Embed element, inside collection lists, on standalone pages, or in a sidebar.
Will my Webflow hosting be enough?+
Yes, Webflow's hosting serves your pages; Shoprocket hosts the commerce layer. Even heavy traffic on the widget doesn't hit your Webflow bandwidth since the cart + checkout load from our CDN.
Can I migrate from Webflow Ecommerce to Shoprocket?+
Yes. Webflow exports products as CSV, which imports directly into Shoprocket. Customer data and past orders transfer too. Most migrations take an afternoon.
What happens to my existing Stripe integration?+
If you're on Webflow Ecommerce with Stripe, you can keep the same Stripe account, Shoprocket connects to it the same way, no re-verification or new Stripe account required.
Is Shoprocket really 0% transaction fees?+
Yes. Your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) still charges their standard fee, that's the cost of moving money, but we add 0% on top, on every plan including Starter.
